Returns Policy

Welcome to our Returns & Refund Policy! We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. That's why we have a 30-day return policy – giving you the peace of mind to shop with confidence.

To start a return, make sure your item is in its original condition. It should be unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Don't forget to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy. Then, drop us an email at customersupport@josiahs.store. Once you've contacted us, we'll guide you on where to ship your return package - it's as easy as that!

If your item reaches you damaged, defective, or if the wrong product lands at your door, reach out to us immediately. We’ll work with you to make things right without any hassle.

While most items are eligible for return, there are some exceptions. Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, and hazardous materials cannot be returned. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

For our wonderful customers in the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order. No questions asked. Simply ensure the item is in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

As for refunds, once we receive your return and give it a once-over, we'll notify you of its status. If approved, you can expect a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. If it takes longer than expected, feel free to reach out to us.
